Yes..samasthiti indeed. I feel at peace after 30 min of yoga! Wow after only a week of doing 30-60 min of beginner yoga per day...i feel great! Yes..my body feels tender..but great! I suggest everyone try it ;) Yogadownload.com! They have some free classes!

During work I had another *truely bar* for snack, this time it was lemon coconut and oh boy...it was so good! i also enjoyed an apple. After I got home from work tonight, dinner had to be rushed, because I don't like eating late at night and I had to make it to the gym (curves) sooo just put something little together! But it was yummy! I'm pretty sure I managed to stay within my points today, for all those ww gals checkin this out. Some days it's hard to do...but not if you stick to good healthy colorful foods :)..

guiltless gourmet chili/lime chips with all the fixens : onions, black olives, cut up lettuce, liv active light cheese and tomatoes... on the side a lil bit of everything good! Light sour cream, avocado, mango/lime salsa, guiltless gourmet black bean dip.

I had 2 gluten/wheat free ginger snaps afterwards! They are so small..chewy and yummyful!

After this I went to curves! I have been a member of curves for a year now...and although some days it can get repetitive..it has worked! Since last year I'v lost well over 20 pounds and am much more toned! I recently reached 100 workouts! ya!!
After curves I completed 30 min of beginner yoga...oh man my body hurts but it is all good lol...I am lovin yoga!

After curves I managed to get one more healthy snack in..juicy pineapple with some dark mint chocolate mmm.

well thats it for now. I won't be bloggin till tomorrow eve..it is my long work day..7:30 am to 8:30 pm :( Oh well..keeps me movin!
