Livin a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be boring!
1. not fall asleep2. drink lots of water3. Even though i work all day - get in 30 minutes of treadmill and 30 minutes of yoga4. have a nice relaxing dinner after working all dayHAVE A GREAT DAY GUYS!!!!
Those sound like great goals. I might have to use them too. I couldnt' sleep last night and am hoping the coffee will wake me up!
