A detox of sorts.

So I am finally going to post some pictures...
This week...has just been a bad one for me.
I'v eaten too much...and things that I shouldn't be eating...I'v slacked on the excersise (near the end of the week) I have a bad headcold/sore through...and this acne fest on my face has seriously put a damper on my mood...I feel disgusting when I leave the house every single day. I have no idea what is doing it to hasent been this bad in like 3 years!! And this is JUST since i'v started to eat better!! Ah... Bleh.

I'm just going to post some pictures from the past few days...not really in any real order..they might be special things that have come in the mail, meals, treats...SNACKS (need to stop) etc..

Here we go!

annnnd thursday..this surprise showed up at my door...and I think its what pushed me over the and lead me to a detox (more to come) not the detox you are thinking

seriously .. you don't want to knwo about my weightgain the day after eating those babies...not pretty. good thing its water weight.

On to...not eating so much (I literally felt like throwing up when I woke up the next day...sugary food just doesn't sit well with me!)..I learned.

Cuz us canadian girls aren't as lucky as all the american bloggies who can waltz out to their local grocery store and find greek yogurt waiting for no...we strain our own. lol

My lunch on detox day 1...all organic/gluten free...(literally made of honey seeds..nuts.flax..etc)

I found these to be ok for what it was..kind of plain though...

Now onto detox day 2...

My detox isn't STOPPING's just..cutting out every single piece of junk I can think of...sugary foods...and getting back on track with WW POINTS...I literally felt so grose after all those sugary chocolate dipped fruits and snack yea...motivation is coming back..I hope.

- one slice of whole wheat toast with the honey butter and cut up banana on top
- lemon spritzer -no sodium (yum)

It is currently RAINING
but it is a long weekend in canada..nice eh?

I get Monday off..and i need it..
I'v been feeling really down about the fact that I doubt I will be able to take a holiday before the summer...(i should be able to) but for some reason can't.. I would have liked to take a week off to visit Lee before the craziness of summer camp starts..I'll be working 50 hours a week during the summer..with no chance of a hooliday except weekends.


Anyways..thats about it..Today I plan on doing some yoga..NAPPING alot (because it's raining and the weekend..and I can) and also cuz i want to sleep away this head cold I have :(

Sorry guys..again no picture post (meaning tomorrow will be a doozy)

Just wanted to say.. 2 good friends...Jeremy and James..passed away two years ago a tragic car accident.

It was a relationship that shouldn't have happened..but some how, it did happen..this accident shouldn't have happened, but it did happen...and I will always miss you boys!

Jer - I will think of a good Lou dobbs put down to honour you today..because I know you wouldn't have it any other way. I will always remember you as the well dressed guy in the back of my english lecture :) The funny guy, smart guy and all around amazing guy! I told Lee, that I will always have a crush on you...and now that you are in heaven...I know we will meet again...So many people think about you and will always care for you...

Today I'll play Hinder on repeat in memory of you!!

big grump.

Im grumpy tonight.

My face hurts so bad ... :( seriously what is wrong with me! I eat clean and get monster break outs??? dude! not fair!

Tomorrow is gonna be a long day of work..

I'm bloated

what else can I complain about? lol

SO I thought after I had been eating ( a little bit better) then before..trying to eat healthy and clena and drink lots of water..that my skin would improve...
but its getting much much worse..

Like big pimples under the skin (that you cant see) but I can feel..and ugh..sorry for tmi but they hurt...
My boyfriend thinks it might be the hormones in all the greens im eating (protoestrogens) or something...

what do you think? any advice??

Snack monster

Today I definitly went far over my point limit..
i was just on the go so much..walking everywhere for work...
i walked SO much today..
and felt hungry..I don't think i'v had a snacking day like this in awhile

snacks included
-12 kettle cooked jalapeno chips
-snack cracker with cream cheese
-1 banana
-1 apple
-one cup of hickory sticks
- trail mix

(all throughout the day..) along with bfast lunch dinner.

sigh. oh well ...tomorrow is a new day!

I also made this fun dip to go with it
I used
-1 avocado
- a few hot peppers
- 2 green onions
- just short of one cup of low fat /light sour cream
- lime juice
- one small tomatoe chopped

annnnnd blendy blendy

altogether... add to my day of over indulgence :S

no sugar added icecream with blackberries

yes it was one of those days lol

I'm so so tired so im going to get to bed. have an earlyish night..because my alarm is set for early to do some yoga..

Tomorrow WILL be a better day.

Goals for today

1. not fall asleep
2. drink lots of water
3. Even though i work all day - get in 30 minutes of treadmill and 30 minutes of yoga
4. have a nice relaxing dinner after working all day
