Plan for the day

Already up and at em: 6am

- had brekkie: over night oats (not pictured) made with half cup bobs old fashioned scottish oats, half cup skim milk, mashed up banana, honey and spleda brown sugar. I also added a big dollup of peanut butter to it. It came out delish and I feel as if I will be satisfied and full until lunch!

Here is my plan for the day, as it's a long one.

- 7:30-9:30: first part of my work day

I get from 9:30 to 11:30 off...and then I'm workin from 11:30 to 8:30... eeee. I always feel so relieved and TIRED when I get home at night, but I will do some relaxes me. I do get alot of activity on these long days tho, because I walk everywhere and the way my job is set up...I have different jobsites for different programs (schools,churches...etc). All in all I will probably walk over an hour today outside. So walking and yoga it is!

Question for ya today: What is your excersise plans like for the week? Do you plan it out in advance...or just do it when you feel motivated?? and what sort of excersise do you do? I'd love to know :)
