My body woke me up at 5:30

awake 5:30
shower 5:30-5:38
Dressed and ready for yoga: 5:52

ya! this morning routine is better then my old one... I leave the house at around 7:15 for work today...I'll be all stretched and limber ;)

what is your morning routine??

Work out in the evening
Shower before bed

Up at 6am - get dressed, do hair and makeup

640 - pack lunch

650 - breakfast

725 - leave for work

now that I have a broken leg things take a lot longer, I dont workout and I dont have time to put makeup on most mornings
